SP Range

The pharmaceutical, biology, hospital and food sectors involve many sensitive processes which can effect human health and for which manufacturers must take full responsibility.
The SP range is used to produce tailor-made, airtight clean room envelopes with a high level of finishing.
The different modular components - walls, ceilings and even floor connections - are totally flush. The finished product is easy to clean .
SP / SM wall panels
Demountable, removable, relocatable panels.
• Non-flammable (SP) or non-combustible (SM) core
• Lacquered galvanised steel (standard or non-scratch coating) or stainless steel facings. Optional laminate facings.
• 60 mm thick.
• Largeurs modulaires ( 40-60-80-100-120 cm).
• Height as required
Flush connection system for the passage of fluids with dismounting of panels in the middle of the wall, special corner panels, services panels, air extract ducts.
Ceilings
The ceilings in the SP range are walk on ceilings that are accessible for maintenance operations. Standard air treatment components can be incorporated and connected flush to the panels.
Doors
Doors are mounted on flush monobloc door frames, integrated in the wall for a perfect finish. Different door models are available - hinged, sliding, etc. - with a wide choice of options.
Glazing
