INSTRUCTIONS OF USE AND MAINTENANCE FOR COLD ROOM

• Do not leave the door of the cool room open neither open and close so often.
• Power off the cool room while goods carry in & out or cleaning the room.
• Do use the deepfreez for the frozen goods.
• Do not let the water of defrosting products like beef, chicken, fish spoil on the floor of the cool room.
• Do use PVC door curtains in the places where room temperature is above normal.
• Do make proper good placement in the cool room in order to maintain porper air circulation.
• Do not wash the surfaces of the cool rooms. Instead wipe the clean room surfaces with the proper HIJYENIK cleaning producs.
• Check out the silicons used in joints of the cool room and if need replace them by re-applying.
• Put off the light when not used.
• Do manuel defrost in case of over-icing in the evaporator (inner unit), continue manuel defrosting untill over-icing is over.
• Do not put goods around the evaporater that will block the air suction and/or blow.
• Check out that drenage of the evaporator is open at all times.
• Do not apply any hard material on the evaporator neither wash the evaporater.
• Do ground the cool room unit.
• Do use appropriate voltage and fuse selections.
• Engine malfuncioning due to voltage instability is out of guarantee therefore use voltage regulator if necessary.
• Condensor (Outer Unit) must be cleaned with pressured air or cleaning chemicals regularly every 3 months.
• Only autorized personell is allowed to set the command panel.
• All problems must be reported to autorized technical service in the guarantee period. Else the guarantee will be void.
• In case of mulfunction of the engine, do keep the doors of the clean room closed in order to preserve inner temperature and do call the autorized service immediately.
• Basement load capacity of cold storage rooms are 3000 kg/m 2 at uniformely distrubuted static load. The dynamic load capacity for a trolley with 4 rubber wheels in the cold storage is 400 kg. The goods in the cold storage is advised to be moved from one place to other manually.
